150 Million Issues

As Zinio continues innovating our iPad application and increasing our global library of content and publications, we also are reaching some fantastic heights with digital delivery in the publishing industry.

Zinio just celebrated the delivery of the 150th million magazine delivery. This historic delivery was cemented with the delivery of GQ Japan’s March 2011 issue. The lucky recipient — Frank Chang, an executive who works overseas for a technology company.

Zinio is no stranger to the flux and fluidity that dominate our new digital publishing landscape. By reaching such an astounding feat in terms of the sheer number of individual magazine issues delivered, it truly solidifies the hard work Zinio has put into ensuring continual delivery and expansion of our global content and publication offerings.

We reached out to Mr. Chang who said he loves to buy magazines from all over the world. “It is my great pleasure to hit the 150 millionth digital issue delivered.”

Zinio: Tell us a bit about you. Where are you from, what do you do for work?
Frank: I am from Taiwan and got my graduate study in US. Now, I am work for software distribution company in Asia.

Zinio: What is your favorite Zinio title?
Frank: My most favorite Zinio title are National Geographic, Popular Science, Macworld, and GQ Japanese version.

Zinio: Where do you read Zinio? How do you read (Mac, iPad, iPhone, All?)
Frank: I start to ready digital contents from my iPad and sometime on my MAC.

Zinio: Is there a Zinio publication you are dreaming of purchasing? What will you read next?
Frank: Business titles magazine from Japan.

Zinio: What is your magazine you have read this year?
Frank: National Geographic.

Zinio: How did you find Zinio?
Frank: From app store.
